Assalamualaikum and good
morning. My name is Nur Izlyn Erinna binti Rosli, so today I want to talk about
The
Roles and Social Responsibilities of Entrepreneur toward Customers, Society/Community and Suppliers.
Customers
v Sell quality products at fair price. Its mean, when we
have to sell some product, we have to sell to all with the same price, we can’t
sell with different price for example, with our family we sell product cheap
price but wih someone else sell high price.
v Treat customers as kings and do not think of them only
when you have a pressure to meet your targets within the stipulated time frame.
For example customer is always right, what are they saying we have to hear and
take it serious.
v Never lie to customers. If we want to sell properly,
we can not deceive the customer. We must sell the goods honestly and sincerely
that our sustenance is blessed.
Society/community
v job creation and environmental observation.
v A society is prosperous only to the degree to which it
rewards and encourages entrepreneurial activity because it is the entrepreneurs
and their activities that are the critical determinant of the level of success,
prosperity, growth and opportunity in any economy.
v The most dynamic societies in the world are the ones
that have the most entrepreneurs, plus the economic and legal structure to
encourage and motivate entrepreneurs to greater activities.
Suppliers
v be fair with his suppliers by paying them on time as
agreed upon. When we want to deal with people, we must be on time, other will
respect us.
v Plain Speaking - In the most basic sense, it is
important to offer suppliers a fair opportunity to earn your business through
open communication.
v Paying Bills - Some buyers take suppliers for granted
when it comes to paying invoices.
v Social Responsibilities - Social responsibility is
necessary in a business world where customers have access to efficient
technology and communication tools.
v Supplier Development - Though it's not an obligation,
some trade buyers take on the responsibility of supplier development. This
strategy often fits into an integrated supply chain where you view suppliers as
virtual partners.
